| Project Title | Smart Dialysis Patient Monitoring and Scheduling Management System | ||||
| Subtitle | No subtitle | ||||
| Description | This project aims to develop a centralised, web-based system to manage dialysis patient records, automate session scheduling, monitor treatment data, and generate clinical alerts for nephrologists and dialysis centre administrators. The general objective of this system is to replace fragmented manual processes with a unified digital platform, thereby reducing scheduling conflicts, improving patient safety through real-time monitoring, and optimising the administrative workflow of dialysis centres. Currently, many dialysis facilities rely on paper-based records or disconnected software, making it difficult to track a patient's historical treatment data or quickly identify abnormal clinical readings. By providing a centralised solution, this project ensures that critical health data is immediately accessible to healthcare professionals for timely intervention. The system will consist of several key modules:
The project aligns with SDG Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being by ensuring better healthcare management and patient safety |
