Introduction:

The project is focused on developing a web-based project management system that will enable students to manage their final year projects in one place. The system is aimed at making it easier for students to keep their projects up to date, store meeting notes, and all other documents related to their project in a single workspace. The template will be using WIX2002 Project Management Class as main reference.

Objectives:

• To create a user-friendly web-based project management system for students to manage their final year projects
• To make it easy for students to update their project progress in one place
• To provide a platform for students to store their project-related documents
• To enable students to monitor all their project data in one place

Features:

1. Dashboard: The system will have a dashboard that displays the progress of the project, the timeline, and the status of each task.

2. Task Management: The system will have a task management feature that enables students to create and manage tasks. This feature will allow students to assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, and monitor the progress of each task.

3. Document Management: The system will provide a platform for students to store all their project-related documents. Students will be able to upload, download, and share documents with their team members.

4. Meeting Management: The system will have a meeting management feature that enables students to schedule and manage meetings. Students will be able to set up meetings, add agenda items, take meeting notes, and share them with their team members.

5. Notification: The system will provide notification alerts to students to keep them updated on the progress of their tasks, upcoming meetings, and deadlines

Conclusion:
