This project introduces the development of a Co-curricular Activities Management App, addressing the challenges associated with inefficient management, limited student engagement, and promotional struggles faced by clubs and societies in educational institutions. The proposed web application adopts Extreme Programming (XP) as its development methodology, emphasizing adaptability, collaboration, and responsiveness to changing requirements. The research methodology involves continuous communication with stakeholders, incorporating iterative feedback for enhanced system quality. The technology stack utilizes the Browser/Server (BS) architecture pattern, with a JavaEE backend framework, SpringBoot, MyBatisPlus, and Maven for efficient development. The frontend is built on Vue.js and ElementUI, managed by Npm. The project aims to provide a comprehensive solution, fostering a vibrant and well-rounded educational environment by enhancing student participation and promoting co-curricular activities effectively.
