With the help of Learning Management System (LMS) systems like Google Classroom and Moodle mobile applications, we can access the student portal without worrying about loss of study resources. The LMS is widely used around the world and Malaysia is also not far behind with this system that gives the ability to organise learning and course content in one location. However, this is not the case when we enter to the primary or secondary school where they still do not have a proper LMS system for schooling. Malaysia's Minister of Education looks this system is important to use since the pandemic Covid-19 attacked all around the world where the government needed to close the school and students needed to learn at home. Hence, there is a lot of government initiatives to overcome this, one of it FrogVLE that gives a lot of benefits to school students and teachers. Hence this report will discuss regarding my project to develop a learning management system an e-learning platform to help students and teachers to access study portals while studying at home. By using survey and literature review as my research method, I found that the system will be useful as a means to help school students and teachers to get a study and teaching environment at home. Furthermore, the literature review helps me to find the correct methods and techniques to enhance the application. Based on the data gathered by the mentioned research methodology, insight from the stakeholder and supervisor’s supervision, the requirements for the proposed application were identified and a prototype as well as system design of the website was developed.
