MyAmalan Apps is a web-based application developed to help Muslims to monitor their Islamic practices daily and eventually achieve Istiqamah in their ibadah. Istiqamah is an attitude of consistency of doing religious (Islamic) teaching. It’s a behavior of faithful in obeying God’s commands from the beginning he or she declared to be a Muslim until the end of their life (Damis, Rahmi, 2011). This system provides a suggested checklist for the Muslims for daily deeds as a Muslim so that they can choose and determine what is their target of performing ibadah every day. It also allows users to track & reflect on their ibadah performance by monitor the score of their achievements. It will encourage the user to further improve the daily practice of their Ibadah. Reminders and notifications also will be provided to help to remind the user. The scope of Ibadah in this system including performing Solat, read the Quran, recite Zikir and Selawat, and many more.

The idea of developing this project is to solve the problem of the conventional way of jotting down all of the checklists into a paper whereby eventually the paper will lose or inconsistently listing it due to forgetfulness. Other than that, to achieve Istiqamah in Ibadah, the Muslims need to perform the Ibadah consistently every day so with this system, hopefully, it can help the Muslims to achieve their Istiqamah in Ibadah.

The methodology that has been used for data gathering techniques needed for this project is by survey and interviews. One set of questionnaires that consists of nine questions has been disseminated to get the response from the respondents while interviews have been done with the stakeholder to get the idea and all the requirements for this project. Meanwhile, the iterative model has been used for system development methodology because the model gives more flexibility to the programmers.

Finally, I hope this system will help the Muslims to perform Ibadah consistently and uphold their determination to achieve their Istiqamah.
