Secqrv3 is a secure QR scanner mobile application that detects phishing sites, QR malwares through malware links, and malicious links. Our project proposal is based on the proceedings and study that have been conducted which indicates the downside of the standard QR scanner that is vulnerable to phishing attacks and malwares URLs. We also propose the basic security features that display the URLs and its statuses whether they are secure links or malicious links before proceeding to forward into the URLs. Secqrv3 app also included OpenVPN Protocol to allow safe browsing. The mobile development is through flutter development and integration with Firebase. A BloC pattern architecture was used to call VirusTotal API and retrieve malicious urls that have been flagged by 93 security vendors.
