This project report presents the development and implementation of GenieSafe, a comprehensive system designed to address the challenges faced by users and stakeholders in managing and securing their digital assets and wills. The system aims to provide a secure and accessible platform for users to manage their digital assets and create and update their wills. It offers intuitive interfaces for will creation and management of beneficiaries and validators, as well as a robust system for wallet recovery configuration and verification.
The development process follows agile methodologies, with a focus on gathering project requirements through extensive research, stakeholder consultations, and user feedback. Detailed planning and documentation, including diagrams and mockup UI designs, were produced to guide the development process.
The system utilizes a range of cutting-edge tools and technologies to ensure scalability, performance, and security. Hardhat is employed as the blockchain development framework, while Next.js serves as the web application framework. Supabase provides a secure and reliable database system, and Prisma ORM facilitates efficient data management. RainbowKit, wagmi Hooks, Figma, and Shadcn UI are utilized to enhance the user interface and user experience.
Throughout the project, challenges related to tool mastery and stakeholder coordination were encountered. However, proactive learning and effective communication strategies were implemented to overcome these challenges and ensure the successful development and delivery of a high-quality system.
The GenieSafe system offers a range of features and functionalities that address the needs of users and stakeholders. It simplifies the management and security of digital assets, streamlines the process of creating and updating wills, and provides a reliable platform for asset analytics and wallet recovery configuration.
