In
today's fast-paced work environment, individuals and teams need efficient and
effective solutions for managing tasks and projects. Traditional to-do list
systems offer a straightforward approach for tracking and managing individual tasks,
while project management tools provide a more comprehensive platform for
organizing, collaborating, and monitoring project progress. However, existing
solutions often fail to bridge the gap between these two unique approaches
resulting in inefficiencies and fragmented processes. To investigate and
identify the area for improvement in existing task and project management
tools, a survey was conducted via Google Form. Additionally, an online
interview had been carried out with a stakeholder. The results revealed that
the development of a combined system, which is able to integrate both distinct
systems, is necessary for enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of an
individual's or team's task.
