For all matters related to the Academic Project, they will be performed via the ILMIAH System.

The Ilmiah System can be accessed via *https://ilmiah.fsktm.um.edu.my*

For new registered students, please use the following credentials for first time login

• Login: matric no e.g. 17101234
• Default password: fsktmmatricno e.g. fsktm17101234
• Once you are in the system, please change your password and remember it.

IMPORTANT

1. You can find the list of project titles proposed by lecturers of your respective department/unit in the system.
2. Read the titles and their descriptions properly and find few that interest you.
3. Please contact the lecturer proposing the project and have a discussion on it. You may come to their room or email them to let them know that you are interested in the project. Make sure you do have some brief idea about the project.
4. Once your lecturer agree to have you as his/her supervisee, he/she will assign you to the project in the system.

***A briefing on the Academic Project will be conducted in WEEK 2. The date and time will be notified later.
