Please find the templates for the collaboration letters in SPECTRUM. There are 2 versions, in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 

Templates are for conventional FYP and FYP-IPPI.

Please choose carefully the template for your academic project. Fill in all required details and send it to your Supervisor. 

Once the letter is ready, pass it to your collaborator. 

Please remind the collaborator to respond to the collaboration invitation with a written agreement.
